First Annual Fabulous Fifties Festival Car Show sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Car Club at Broadway at the Beach.  Registration fee $20.00.  The registration for the show can be done (if not by mail) at the Fairfield Inn, 1350 Oleander Dr., Myrtle Beach (by Broadway at the Beach) on Friday, March 26th from 3pm to 7pm and Saturday March 27th from 7am to 12noon at the same location.  People who register by mail can also pick up their show packet (forms to be put on their vehicle, etc.) on either one of those days at the same location.  A Parade is planned for 9am the day of the show for all registered vehicles.  Those wishing to participate in the parade, must be in the parade line by 8:45am, so it would be advisable to have their paperwork in hand the day before so as not to get tied up waiting if there are lots of people to register, or picking up paperwork.  We are trying to make sure things move smoothly, however we have no idea how many cars will be there, so it will be hard to predict the time frame for registering.  The Charity, chosen by the MBCC, is ARC; which is Advocating for the Rights of Citizens with Special Needs, with a donation also going to the Horry County Cultural Council.   Trophies will be awarded at 3:00 pm.  Show ends around 4:00 pm.  Some other events going on in conjunction with our show include a sock hop at the 2001 Night Club, Golf Tournament at Whispering Pines Golf Course and a Cruz-in.  Click for Pre-registration Form

2nd Annual Surfside Beach Memorial Day Car and Truck Show  hosted by the Myrtle Beach Car Club, Chicora Car Club and Winyah Cruisers.  Registration fee is $20.00 with registration starting on the 28th from 3pm to 5pm with a parade starting at 5:15pm, (meet at pier).  After the parade there will be a cruz to Lakewood Camp Ground, 5901 Bus Hwy 17-S Myrtle Beach, where you will be given a coupon good for one $6.99 pizza or wing, salad and drink dinner if you registered for the show.  Additional meals are $6.99.  You can also register on the 29th from 8am to 11am with awards given at 3pm on the 29th and the show ending about 4pm.   Pre registration not available at this time.

Run to the Sun, Myrtle Beach, SC,  presented by the Pee Dee Street Rodders will be at the Old Myrtle Square Mall site at 2501 Kings Hwy, between 21st Ave. and 29th Ave. North.  Registration fee $40.00.

Rivertown Music and Arts Festival Car and Truck Show hosted by Chicora Car Club at Palmetto Chevrolet in Downtown Conway, SC.  Registration 8am to 12noon at $20.00 per vehicle.  Awards at 3pm.  All makes and models welcome.

Corvettes at the Beach all Corvette Car Show in Myrtle Beach, SC, at Broadway at the Beach, sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Corvette Club.  Registration fee $20.00 with show hours 9am to 4pm.
